A mother is going viral after her transgender husband turned into her wife, in what is being termed as one of the most bizarre family affairs.

36-year-old Tea-Lynn Van Dyk who hails from Canada reportedly turned out to be a trans, while he was still married to his wife Gabrielle Van Dyk. The couple who also have a young daughter named Adelaide explains how the child was also very open to having another mother.

Now, Tea is describing her physical change as wonderful, keeping in mind her mental clarity over the entire situation too.

While Gabrielle likes to refer to the whole situation as normal now, she did go on to reveal how it all began with a three-day panic attack that literally drove her up the walls.

Now, she’s happier than ever with her new wife, adding how she did notice a few signs along the way that included Tea dressing up in selected outfits from her wardrobe.

The couple says that whenever other family members try to misgender Tea, their young daughter steps right in to correct them. And that clearly shows how bright and loving she is regarding her two mothers. In the same way, the couple spoke about how it took their daughter some time to digest the facts. And that included a period of two weeks.

It was hard for their daughter to differentiate between her two moms. But with time, things got better and now, Gabrielle is Mama while Tea is Mommy, the couple went on to add.

“I always told my child that no matter what I looked like on the outside, I would always be there for her, no matter what. I was not going anywhere and over time, I’ve reassured her with that truth,” Tea explained.
