Meet the woman who is going viral for throwing a celebration after the work in front of her home remains incomplete for one year.
Just when you thought there wasn’t another reason to celebrate, here comes a real-life tale to prove that wrong and more. Natalie Harvey explains how the area in front of her residence has been completely torn up for the past year. This also includes the area that is directly in front of her home.
Moreover, this area actually spans a large block, she explained.
Now, her driveways that were situated on her side of the area are also blocked, leaving her and her loved ones in a dire and helpless state this summer. With the other side blocked too, she also went on to claim how every other house that is present on the street’s opposite side has their driveways blocked too.
Hence, all in all, the entire neighborhood is suffering in silence.
You may be asking or questioning yourself over how and why the entire road work is actually taking so long in the first place. Well, Natalie has an answer to that question too. And she blames the sporadic work schedule that starts and stops like it’s no one’s business.
For instance, she claims that they might begin on a certain day for about a week or so. Next, you’ll find them gone or literally disappeared for around 2 to 3 weeks with no work being performed at all. While she does agree that the work did seem to pick up more pace than usual, since the past few weeks, that clearly doesn’t justify the behavior and chaos that so many people in the neighborhood have to face.
It’s so unpredictable and you never know when the builders will start or stop too.
But to celebrate the bizarre scenario, Natalie thought it would be fun to throw a party. Moreover, she felt that it might get the attention that it needs so that more and more people can become aware of what really is going on in this particular neighborhood.
