A female plane passenger is going viral after she shared her shocking surprise delivery while aboard a Delta Airways flight to Hawaii recently.
The mum says she gave birth to a beautiful baby mid-flight, just over the Pacific Ocean. But the most shocking part came when she revealed to viewers how she had zero clues that she was pregnant. In the end, the flight’s cabin crew applauded her great efforts and showed her immense love for remaining calm throughout the procedure.
Julia Hansen hails from the US and she claims she was traveling aboard a Delta Airways flight with her friend yesterday. Posting a touching story and video to her TikTok account yesterday, the woman revealed the minute-by-minute details of the incident that left her and plenty of other passengers in absolute awe.
Ever since the video was posted recently, it had recently more than 1.3 million views in no time and that’s because the entire element of surprise really had people glued to their screens in sheer awe.
During the video, you can even hear the manager of the cabin crew mention to all the seated passengers aboard the flight, “We just had a baby delivered aboard the flight. So can we all please give this brave woman a round of applause for her efforts?”
Therefore, all the passengers are heard clapping and cheering on the joyous occasion as they remain fastened to their seats, confirmed reports.
After the plan made its landing, a group of emergency staff boarded the flight with an oxygen tank and some essential medical supplies to check the baby and mum’s status. Thankfully, they were both doing well. The mum was provided with a wheelchair so she could disembark the aircraft safely.
While the woman exits, she receives plenty of good wishes while the newborn child can be heard crying too. But how was she allowed to fly in her third trimester was a question on so many people’s minds.
The mum’s friend explained to viewers that she had no clue that she was pregnant in the first place. Moreover, other keen observers asked what would be the baby’s name, nationality, and whether or not it would get free rides for the rest of his life as he was officially born ‘in air.’
