A sad moment took place in Oregon state yet again as the Black Lives Matter demonstrator got aggressive.
They started chasing a truck driver, who is a white man, who hit a tree as he was avoiding confrontation.
According to the protesters, the man was following them because they were protesting for Black people’s rights. They believe he was a white supremacist who was trying to drive his truck on them.
The tragedy happened in Portland, the capital of Oregon, where demonstrators started following a truck driver.
As the driver hit a tree in darkness, the protesters dragged him out. They started kicking him until he got unconscious. In a video circulating on social media, everyone can see how violent young black men got. A few people made the driver sit and bleed from his head and asked to wait for the cop.
How did the truck driver become unconscious?
He was laying there in a pool of his blood, gushing out of his forehead.
When a man kicked him a roundhouse viciously owing to which he knocked unconscious. When the police arrived, the same activists started bashing them as well. Some also abused the cops and started chanting Black Lives Matter in the background.
The man who kicked the driver’s back of the head was wearing a black t-shirt with ‘security’ written on it. He was facing the other way around when the assault happened. Neither did it stop here nor anyone’s heart melted as when the man was lying unconscious, a few other people gathered around him.
However, to our surprise, they did not gather to help him rather just watch his motionless body lay there in the blood. In fact, a few slurred abusive language at him.
More people from the crowd started hunting for the unconscious man’s truck and when others started questioning them. They made a lame excuse as they are only checking if there are any assault weapons in the truck or not. Cops took the man to the hospital and there is no news so far about how is he doing.
What happened to the cops at the crime scene?
According to Sgt. Kevin Allen, the protesters were already following the truck to hunt it down before it crashed.
After this, they did not stop rather assaulted him. He also stated how the officers who reached the crime scene faced hostile and spiteful reactions from the crowd. Members of the Rapid Response Team had to go intervene and save them while the investigation was underway.
The police were also told they were supporting white supremacists.
What does earlier footage prove about the truck driver?
Another video circulating on social media speaks a lot about the innocence of the truck driver. The video shows a few people beating the same man and kicking his truck on 7-eleven while others are saying ‘he did not do anything.’
This is when the truck driver took a high speed and ended up hitting a tree on the street. As per Andy Ngo, a video journalist, the driver was only helping a woman who the thugs were beating and robbing. He tweeted a couple of videos as wrote ‘the man later was beaten up himself and kicked unconscious.’
Another journalist who luckily was present at the crime scene also spoke what he witnessed. He believes the man was protecting his female partner from the thugs of BLM protesters who were to rob and beat her. This is why they became aggressive and he increased the speed only to protect himself and his partner.
But unfortunately for him, he ended up surrounded by the same people who then took disgusting revenge from him. This tragedy took place at Portland, Oregon which has been a hub for the recent wave of BLM protests in the wake of George Floyd’s murder.
