Yes, it wasn’t easy for Emma. The star influencer explains how her journey in life is full of ups and downs. And they’re mostly related to an identity crisis of a new kind. Think along the lines of people accusing her of lying for being trans. And you won’t believe the real reason why.
Feminine appearance- a confusing mystery
Emma claims that the root of all the confusion stems from one simple fact. And that is how many people feel she doesn’t look like how a ‘typical trans’ should appear.
Moreover, she explains in one of her latest YouTube videos the thoughts and reactions she gets. And they’re not always the positive kind.
Meanwhile, Emma expresses how it’s a norm for her to hear certain comments. This includes, “Ugh, I don’t think you’re a transgender.” On other occasions, people call her a liar or someone that simply labels herself to gain fame and attention. However, that is far from reality.

Emma explains how people are willing to go to seriously low levels to bring her down. In the same way, she feels that everyone relates to stereotypes. And hence they use it as a base for making judgments.
‘I don’t look a certain way,’ she exclaims. But again, she feels that’s ok. In another instance, she explained how her ‘so pretty and feminine’ appeal gets plenty of bystanders confused. For them, a trans is supposed to have a harsher appeal. And that’s far from the first impression that this beauty generates for sure.
On the other hand, it’s important to realize that Emma is truly more than meets the eye. She is a hard-working and strong-headed woman. Therefore, some of her statements on the matter are bold and beautiful, if we must say so ourselves.
“It just goes to show that people will have this image of what trans people need to look like.” On another occasion, she mentioned how being a trans wasn’t a face or a look. For that reason, not every trans person looks the same.

Today, Emma continues to do well for herself. However, she does mention how plenty of people leave her comments relating to how surprised they are to find out that she’s a trans. For them, it’s just hard to understand and accept sometimes, she claims.
“She is a trans… holy, she’s drop-dead gorgeous,” that’s the sort of feedback she gets routinely.
Meanwhile, Emma reveals how she realized that she was a trans, only at the age of 8. Soon, by 13 years of age, she started her hormone therapy. And by 16, she was on female hormones.
In 2017, her YouTube fame skyrocketed. And all credit goes to her video on YouTube called ‘I am transgender.’
