According to reports, the incident took place in the famous Sayran reservoir of Almaty in Kazakhstan.

The men were so close to saving the victims of the flood, yet so far, They knew that they had little time and resources. Hence, they needed to think swiftly on their feet. While one man tries to grab the dog and bring him to safety, his attempt fails.

Next, the men decide to lift the dog and pass him along the chain. The dog looked extremely terrified.

As the men work their way up, they attempt to regroup themselves. And that is the same point in time where more strangers arrive for the rescue. Thankfully, the addition of two more helpers elongates the chain, giving a greater shot at success.

The men successfully reach the dog, grab him, and bring him back to safety on land. You could hear a loud round of applause by those watching in close proximity. All in all, it was a tough mission but teamwork won in the end.
