A savage bartender is gaining plenty of fame after exposing his boss’s unreasonable demands to the public.
What would your reaction be if your boss told you to do something that went completely against your work policy? Well, this savage bartender certainly had a zero-tolerance policy when it came to his boss’s unrealistic demands. And he didn’t fear risking his job one bit when he made the decision to put his foot on the ground and teach his boss a lesson.
But what exactly made the bartender reach the point of quitting is a question on so many people’s minds.
Well, his boss asked him not to drink on his days off and that was certainly something that he couldn’t comprehend. Let’s face it, when you’re off work, your job has no control over what you do. But for this boss, that was not the case.
He not only called in his employee on his day off, he even told him to work overtime and not drink too.
Taking a rather blunt approach, the bartender spoke about how his boss contacted him at 3 am in the night. Clearly, the time was unreasonable but so were his demands.
“I need you to be in for work by 11 am and leave by 10 pm,” the boss ordered. The boss specified that there was a certain event scheduled and he needed to be there. Hence, he told his employee that it must mandatory.
But the bartender politely reminded his boss that it was a day off and hence he couldn’t work. As you can probably expect, the news was not handled too well by the boss who started heating up, urging him to behave like a team player.
The bartender even spoke about how he had a few drinks and would be suffering from a hangover and that’s when the boss stated that drinking didn’t look good on him, forgetting about the fact that he was a bartender, after all.
Soon, one thing led to another and before you know it, the employee resigned with a bang, sending a hilarious array of texts that left so many people in stitches.
