Unfortunately, one cleaner spotted her and went right after her. Yes, the cleaner called out Gretchen Diez for making her way towards the female’s toilet. Right after the event, the cleaner even reported the incident to the police.

A cleaner by the name of Chair Ganal spotted her and called her out. At the same time, the cleaner also quickly informed the police. And that’s when they rushed to the scene to handle the situation.
Upon their arrival, they swiftly handcuffed the 28-year-old woman. But what really startled Gretchen is how they mentioned the crime.

According to reports, Gretchen received a bashing for a rather bizarre reason. And the reason is that she had a p***s.
The 28-year-old arrived in a jacket, adorning a black dress. And when the entire episode started to unfold, she started to film the whole episode using her cellphone. Here, you can clearly see her arguing with a cleaning lady.

Moreover, the department’s police chief even confirmed how this was the very first time that an incident like this took place in the first place.
The bizarre case ends after the cleaning lady drops charges, apologizes too
Soon, the cleaning lady at the mall decides to drop all the charges. She realizes her grave mistake, apologizing to the 28-year-old. Reports confirm how the cleaning lady admitted her mistake, releasing a letter that stated:
“I would like to apologize to Gretchen. It was never my intention to offend her. I am also willing to study more rights about LGBT. This is all that I have to say. I am very sorry.”
However, after the weird encounter, Gretchen vows to move forward with legal action. She described the entire episode as a nightmarish ordeal. Imagine people looking on at shoplifters during an arrest. This was nothing less than that.
