Just when you thought you’d seen it all comes an advertisement that’s promoting fruits as sexy to help encourage people to go vegan.
As strange as it may sound, the new marketing campaign being conducted by PETA or People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals seems to be causing a huge uproar amongst people.
In case you happened to have missed it, the campaign is calling out so many people to come forward and go vegan in an attempt to increase their libido by eating delicious fruits. Yes, the whole campaign is about cringe-worthy videos that manage to add an element of sexiness to fruits!
The campaign lists down a number of different fruits that have been proved to give your sex drive a boost and many people just can’t get over the hilarious content of the information being displayed.
But the animal rights organization is standing firm on its beliefs. They claim their marketing idea is pure genius and sure to get plenty of people to go vegan. However, that’s not all.
The video focuses on detail regarding every single fruit, alongside a caption that mentions the great benefits of the bedroom that one can gain by chowing down on the nutritious ordeal.
Think along the lines of taglines that call upon customers to eat red hot chili peppers that are sure to leave them hot and heavy in no time.
Similarly, the benefits of avocadoes include greater levels of zinc that will keep that libido going strong. And just like that, let’s not forget the good old oranges that are catered to cause that gush of blood flow to all the right places.
Yikes, now that’s what we call an absolutely cringy affair. Who knew a day would come where fruits would be visualized in a sexualized context? What do you think?
