As the police report suggests, Berry “brushed his empty cup up against” one of the female flight attendants who responded by ordering him not to touch her.

The defendant then allegedly went on to complain about his gum before spilling his new drink all over his shirt. Following a trip to the bathroom, Berry returned to the cabin shirtless, prompting staff to help him get a clean shirt out of his luggage.
