Woman Runs Through An Active SHOOTING Without Realizing It Because Of Her Noise Canceling AirPods


A woman ran through an active shooting without even realizing it as she was wearing her noise-canceling AirPods.

Christina, who goes under the username @movementwithtina on TikTok, shared a video of herself running and said: “POV your AirPod are on noise-canceling and your phone is on DND so you don’t realize you just ran through an active shooting.”

In her viral video, she could be seen jogging through residential streets and sirens could be heard in the background.

But Christina could be seen giving a thumbs up to the camera while jogging through the active shooting.

She also said in the caption: “The sirens in the back and my blissful unawareness is sending me. But for real this was actually really intense and I’m so sorry for those injured and everyone impacted.”

In another video, Christina replied to a TikTok user who commented: “I’m sorry but AirPods noise cancellation is not that good lol.”

She then explained how it happened and said it felt ‘crazy’ to speak about it.

“I realized there were more cops going down the residential streets, clearly they were looking for the shooter. That’s when I kind of started thinking something was up,” she explained.

“I took a quick break and I looked at my phone, and I saw my boyfriend had tried to call me and had texted me multiple times saying like, ‘Hey, it’s on your route, please answer’.”

She concluded that she was ‘totally fine’ and decide to return home a different way.

Her video was shared on May 4 – the day Atlanta police were involved in a search for suspected shooter Deion Patterson.

Atlanta Police Deputy Chief Charles Hampton said the gunman shot a 38-year-old woman and injured four others.

He was found and captured inside a condominium complex about ten miles north of where the shooting occurred.

Atlanta Mayor Andrew Dickens said the incident was a ‘horrible act of gun violence.’

“We need more actions (for) the rights of our citizens to go about their lives, to be able to go to a doctor’s office, to a supermarket, to a gas station or to their school without the threat of being gunned down.”
