A woman who traded her ‘boring’ office job for a better-earning career path has opened up about her decisions and the effects they have had on her life.
32-year-old Kayla Evelyn from Ramsgate, England, was a social worker who decided to permanently leave her job to focus on rising to success on OnlyFans.
Not only does her new job come with more freedom and flexibility but it also offers a much better pay, whereas Kayla insists she can reel in as much as $8,000 a month.
Unfortunately, however, the young woman’s career change also comes with a big downfall. As she explained, her parents no longer talk to her or wish to maintain any contact after finding out she’s sharing racy photos of herself with her subscribers on the adult platform.
Kayla nowadays also has fewer friends and only surrounds herself with a few people who have proven to be trustworthy and supportive.
“I’m living my best life, I feel like I’m having an out of body experience,” she said as she admitted that she’s never been doing better despite receiving lots of hate from other women and even her own family.
Now that she makes a fortune and has more time on her hands, Kayla also forged big plans for her future. Besides her other long-term goals, the OnlyFans model wants to write a book, open an erotic shop and a photography studio, and launch a halfway house for children in care.
“I’ve always wanted to make a difference, but felt my life was too small, I thought it wasn’t for me in this life, I would wish my life away but I feel now I’ve created that life for myself,” Kayla added.
Encouraging others like her to pursue their dreams, the 32-year-old also shared a piece of advice saying those who wish to work in the adult industry should ignore the negativity associated with the line of work and not let comments of strangers and relatives alike get to them.
