An 81-year-old landlord is accused of forcing a woman to sign a document entitled ‘Direct Consent for S*xual Intercourse and/or Fallatio or Cunnilingus’ before she could rent out a four-bedroom house.
Allan Rothstein also tried to evict her even though he collected more than what was agreed upon in her Section 8 voucher.
The lawsuit said that the elderly man was aware that the property was in default and was already subject to foreclosure but he never informed the mother as he continued to collect payments for rent.
According to KTNV, Rothstein’s real estate broker and property management licenses have since been revoked.
He is now facing a federal trial after he violated the Fair Housing Act as other sources reveal that there are also other victims.
If the mother wins the lawsuit, she is entitled to punitive damages as well as injunctive relief of an undisclosed amount.
According to the lawsuit that was filed in Nevada District Court, Rothstein forced the mother to sign the form to rent a four-bedroom home.
Under the stipulations of the agreement, the tenant “does hereby freely give implied consent to consecutive or concurrent s*xual encounters between the REPONDENT/S and the INITIATOR/S.”
The tenant also had to swear that she was not signing “under the influence of an incapacitating intoxicant, aphrodisiacs, or psychoactive substances, including but not limited to alcohol, drugs, oysters, Bremelanotide, truffles, sea cucumber, strawberries, lobster, dark chocolate, cocaine, LSD, cannabis or any other mind-altering chemical or substance, nor have they been given the same by the INITIATOR/S.”
The mother-of-five was disgusted by just the title of the contract and when she asked why she had to sign it, Rothstein allegedly said that he couldn’t move forward with her lease of the house unless she sign the document.
According to reports, the woman who rented the house is desperate to find a place for her and her young children as they were homeless.
Rothstein was reportedly fined $94,000 for the violations.
