JUST IN: DJ RAN Off The Stage After She Accidentally BLASTED Herself In The Face With A Confetti Cannon


A DJ was forced to run off the stage to make an embarrassing escape after she accidentally blasted herself with a confetti cannon.

Flavia Ribeiro suffered cuts and first-degree burns after the confetti cannon mishap.

But the brave DJ went back to the stage to continue her set but it only lasted around 20 minutes before she eventually went to the hospital as she could no longer take the pain.

The incident reportedly happened at a show in Santa Catarina, Brazil on Saturday.

In the video that has been viewed by millions of people, the DJ can be seen bringing out the confetti cannon while amping up the crowd.

As the music set boomed, she raised the cannon without knowing that she was carrying it the wrong way.

After accidentally firing the cannon into her face, she immediately ran away from the stunned viewers and headed to the backstage.

Following the painful experience, DJ Flavia took to Instagram and shared a video to update her followers.

In the clip, she can be seen with several cuts to her face and bandages on her neck.

“My video is rolling everywhere,” she said. “There was an accident.

“I ran behind the sound equipment and kept playing even with a lot of blood dripping, with a lot of pain.

“I threw my hair forward and I stayed there. People on my team wanted to take me out, and I didn’t want to leave.”

“Now I’m recovering and it’s all right,” she continued.

“I’m going to leave the video so you can see what happened, because a lot of people texted me. Thank you for the affection, people.”
