After some research and development, he was finally patented by the Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechanical Technology.
To use the device, users need to download an app where they can ‘upload’ their kiss. The bizarre items comes with a set of moving silicon lips, which recreate the smooth for its receiver.
According to the product description, the lips will mimic “the actual pressure, movement, and heat of the kisser’s lips.” It also transmits the sounds the kisser makes.
The new device costs around $37 but people have mixed reaction, with many loving the idea and others describing it as ‘vulgar’ and ‘creepy.’
Even though the device left many people feeling uncomfortable, it was reported that the company is selling around 100 units per month in China.
One user even left a review on the page and said: “My partner didn’t believe that remote kissing could be achieved at first, so her jaw dropped when she used it. This is the best surprise I have given her during our long-distance relationship. Thank you, technology.”
Many voiced concerns that minors could purchase and use it, with one person writing: “I don’t understand (the device) but I’m utterly shocked.”
