Fans of Britney Spears want her dogs to be taken away from her after the singer shared a video of herself dancing with fake knives while her furry companions were watching nearby.
The Toxic hitmaker was slammed online after she took to Instagram and showed off her ‘knives’ and her dogs appeared in the background.
She initially captioned the clip: “I started playing in the kitchen with knives today.”
Spears then edited the caption and told her followers: “Don’t worry they are NOT real knives !!! Halloween is soon.”
But fans were still concerned about her wellbeing and the safety of her dogs.
One person wrote: “Those poor dogs just ran scared they need to be rescued and she needs HELP. This is a cry for help she is not OK and is really going to HURT SOMEONE.”
Another said: “I’m now concerned about her having dogs let alone any animals after this video.”
A third said: “Great. As if I wasn’t already concerned enough about Britney Spears’ mental health; now I have to worry about her physical safety and her dogs, too??”
Someone else added: “The knives made a clanking noises [sic]. They’re clearly real. Real enough to fall on and kill one of those poor worried pups.”
Another commented: “Someone please save this puppies… I actually felt sorry for her but seeing this last post omg! whether they are real or not… just keeps fueling the fire! Desperate is an understatement.”
The singer’s behavior has been growing increasingly erratic after her conservatorship ended. She had what seemed to be PTSD flashbacks when surrounded with many cameras, she started fighting against her sister on social media, and was reportedly terrified hat someone would break into her house.
In August, Britney Spears’ husband Sam Asghari filed for divorce from her in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ after only 14 months of marriage.
