It is always exciting to dress up for Halloween but one woman was left heartbroken after her boyfriend dumped her because of her ‘inappropriate’ costume.
The woman, who goes under the username @piablossom_x on TikTok, explained that she wore a ‘dead Playboy bunny’ which consisted of black bunny ears, a black leotard, heels, and tights she paired with a bowtie.
Pia also added fake blood to make her appearance a little bit realistic but little did she know it was just the beginning of the breakdown of their relationship.
“It’s nearly Halloween, so I thought I would tell you guys about the time that I got dumped over a Halloween costume,” she said.
“As you can see, I was a dead Playboy bunny and I was wearing just tights. They’re quite dark in that picture. It’s more obvious in another picture that I posted from behind, but if I posted it on here it would get taken down by TikTok.”
Pia said that she went out with her two female friends who were both not bringing their boyfriends.
When she posted her costume on Instagram before the night out, her boyfriend texted her saying: “Are you actually wearing that outside? I can see your whole a**.”
“I was at my friend’s house ready to go at this point and he’s like, ‘can you ask to borrow some leggings from her or something? And wear leggings instead of tights.’” She went on.
“And ruin my costume?! No.”
Pia said that her boyfriend was supposed to pick her up from the club, where everyone was dressed up and she met a guy who was dressed as a giant egg.
“I spoke to this guy and I was really drunk. I was like, ‘oh my God, I love your costume’. He then said, ‘I love yours, do you want to swap?’”
Pia then put the egg costume on and removed her leotard from underneath.
“I mistakenly thought that my boyfriend would love this because now I have no b**bs and no bum. He sees my Instagram stories and he tries to call me a million times,” she went on.
Her boyfriend asked where she got the costume and assumed that she slept with another man for it.
“I did not sleep with the man for the egg costume, it was a very even trade. I hung up, turn my phone off, carried on with my night out with my friends and never saw him again,” Pia continued.
“But he then said we broke up because I slept with someone on a night out because for some reason he had this narrative that I slept with someone for an egg costume.”
