A 14-year-old boy has been arrested after he shot his girlfriend multiple times after they broke up.

Jazlene Jones, also 14, miraculously survived the horrifying shooting and helped the police determine how the incident happened.

According to Racine County Eye, she was walking with her boyfriend Elia Olsen to smoke when she told him that she wanted to end their relationship.

After telling him her wish to break up, Olsen forced her to turn her phone off. He then pulled out a revolver and shot her in the head.

Jones reportedly begged for her life but the teen unloaded two more rounds into her head.

Olsen allegedly stood over her and said: “You have to die” before getting distracted and started looking for the victim’s phone, which was thrown away.

The young girl then quickly ran away to a nearby street where she managed to get the attention of a motorist who quickly called the police.

The victim was rushed to a children’s hospital. Three bullets were reportedly found in her head, one of which had become stuck near her carotid artery and one came through her left cheekbone.

Police apprehended Olsen and found the weapon in a backpack. They also found his bloody shoes and clothes at his home, Fox News reported.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with Jones’ hospital expenses and recovery.

“As many of you know Jazlene was a victim of a senseless act of violence that almost took her life,” it read.

“At 14 years old, this baby will now have to go through life through one eye and live with bullets in her neck and head,” it continued.

“She went through a major surgery and has more procedures to come. She is living proof of God’s miracles and has a long road to recovery.

“Due to this unforeseen circumstance her mom Miranda will have to  stop working to be Jazlene’s caretaker and is also a single mom of three. Please consider helping her mother Miranda in any way you can. Prayers are always appreciated.”
