The parents of Oxford School shooter Ethan Crumbley have been pictured showing zero remorse after they were reportedly thrown into jail with a bail comprising of $500,000.
According to local media reports, the entire Crumbley family has been pictured showing zero signs of fear or remorse, despite being a part of the horrifying tragic incident that left 4 innocent students dead and at least seven people injured.
Both James and Jennifer Crumbley have been described by the state’s sheriff’s department as appearing sullen with no remorse. And for that reason, officers are exercising extra precaution over their stay in prison.
While authorities claim that they are yet to see any obvious signs of suicidal thoughts, they are definitely keeping the entire family isolated from one another and on the high suicidal watch too, as a means to prevent any uneventful act from occurring.
Both parents of shooter Ethan Crumbley were reportedly arrested in Detroit, just one mile away from the Canadian border.
And for that reason, the cops are also investigating another suspect who potentially allowed them to hide underground in a basement art studio, just so they could temporarily escape the manhunt that authorities had going on.
Sheriff Bouchard revealed how the parents are not talking much at all. And it’s still unclear as to why they appear to be in such a sullen state. “Maybe it has to do with being caught by the cops by surprise or perhaps a series of other emotions that they may have going on.
“They are yet to express any of it to us,” he added, confused at the behavior being portrayed.
On Saturday, the Crumbleys broke down in court after the judge revealed their charges out loud.
While all three remembers of the same family are now in police custody, they are located well apart from one another and not allowed to interact with each other too, while being on suicide watch, confirmed the Sheriff.
