A woman has been jailed for half a year after poking holes in the condom she used together with her friend with benefits.

The incident takes place in Germany where a 39-year-old woman was charged with a s*xual assault after sabotaging her partner’s condoms by poking holes in them.

According to the reports, the woman desperately wanted to get pregnant despite her partner telling her he was happy with their status as ‘friends with benefits.’

As the police heard, the pair would regularly hook up in 2021. While the woman allegedly developed feelings for her partner, he insisted they should remain friends with benefits rather than become a couple.

Desperate to have kids with the man without his permission, the woman then began poking holes in their condoms before they would have s*x.

As the court in Bielefeld heard, the 39-year-old eventually admitted to her actions in WhatsApp texts to her friend with benefits. She allegedly texted the man saying she was pregnant and revealed she had intentionally sabotaged his birth control.

Shocked and upset by the news, the man decided to press charges against the woman saying she illegally meddled with his birth control and used his sperm to fall pregnant.

While the woman was initially charged with r*pe, the charge was later reduced to s*xual assault.

She has since been jailed for six months, with Judge Astrid Salewski saying the law behind ‘stealthing’ has to apply in any case even though men are usually charged with the crime.

“This provision also applies in the reverse case. The condoms were rendered unusable without the man’s knowledge or his consent. No means no here as well,” the judge said.
