An elderly woman was recently mauled to death by a giant 10-foot-long alligator while trying to save her dog from its jaws.
Sources from local media outlets were quick to speak about how the 85-year-old pensioner was just peacefully trying to walk her dogs but little did she know about the horror that lay near a pond.
Sources revealed how the woman was trying her level best to set her little pup free from the monstrous beast but what she did not realize was the incredible power he had to kill her in one swipe by using nothing but his jaws.
The giant gator was a massive 10 feet long and it really had many people shaken. Authorities revealed how the horrifying CCTV footage taken from the vicinity showed the tragic final moments of the pensioner.
Her family says they were beyond baffled and heartbroken to hear the news. They said that this was a part of her usual routine to walk her pup near the Florida Village Retirement Pond.
“She never faced any such threats in the past. This is some major news. I don’t know what to make of the situation”- the woman continued.
“He just all of a sudden came out of the water and grabbed a hold of her. This is not normal behavior. I have no words to speak about this. That was an absolute monster”- the family went on to mention.
They are now grieving the loss of a woman that was so selfless and kind. They have thanked the community for their sincere wishes as per recent reports published in the press.
