Shocking reports are coming in from Iran where a woman was arrested and thrown into jail for eating a meal without her headscarf.

According to local media outlets, the woman named Donya Red can be seen eating her meal with her friend when all of a sudden, she is surrounded by cops.

The image went viral on social media and is known to have attracted plenty of attention across the board. Moreover, the news comes at a time when we saw a young woman brutally tortured and then killed in police custody for refusing to wear her headscarf.

It is believed that the woman and her friend appeared to be protesting against the killing of the young victim named Mahsa Amini.

Iran’s immorality police have been responsible for enforcing the rule of the hijab for a while now.

The strict Islamic code has been a part of the culture for a while now. And now, ever since the death of Miss Amini, there are a lot of Iranian citizens protesting.

But officials and the cops in Iran claim she passed away from a heart attack and not any form of mistreatment. But the family refuses to believe them as they say there was nothing wrong with her.

But her death has really spread so much outrage in the public eye. Her mistreatment isn’t being accepted and that’s really making a lot of people upset.

This includes members of Iran’s football team. They were recently caught wearing black colored tracksuits while singing the national anthem as they played a friendly match against Senegal recently.

When the cops arrived at the restaurant to question this young woman, she tried to provide a justification as to why she didn’t wear a hijab. And on that note, they arrested her.
