Russian President Vladimir Putin has recently outlined his next major move in the war against Ukraine.
The country’s head of state was seen mobilizing thousands of troops to new locations in the war-torn nation as a means of upscaling the ongoing military efforts. But the news was not being taken well by his own citizens who are now vowing to unite against him.
Shocking stats proved how tickets for heading outside the nation were completely booked and sold out as many tried their best to leave the country as soon as possible.point 261 |
They united to prove that they’re in no way, shape, or form willing to put up with the turmoil again that their leaders and corrupt government have been recklessly carrying out over the past months.point 170 | 1
Putin declared a partial mobilization of forces and that means more and more Russians will be sent out of the nation to fight in Ukraine.
Viral footage is making the rounds on social media where people are protesting against the president’s latest decision.
And some of the protests ended up with the citizens being arrested and taken away by the police by being loaded into buses.
But as people tried to prevent the officers from carrying out the task of arrests, they were forced to meet great resistance and hostility along the way as barricades were put up to derail them from moving ahead.
This is the first time that such a serious response is being put forward by Russian citizens against their own government.
Seeing protests on the streets take a wild turn is a reminder to the government that the amount of opposition against them is growing with the passing of time. Hence, it doesn’t seem that many will be staying in the country much longer with the hostility of the war increasing.
