One loud couple is driving an entire building full of neighbors in New York City crazy.
A pair of alleged squatters have literally turned the lives of their neighbors upside down and it’s all thanks to their wall-shaking arguments and passionate intimacy.
The neighbors located in the Chelsea building have started to complain about how they’ve had enough of the commotion that doesn’t seem to be ending, day in and day out.
“Their s*x is so loud and we can hear all of it,” mentioned one very angry and disturbed couple. In the same way, another spoke about how they’ve had enough of their wall-shaking arguments that keep so many people up at night too.
For this reason, many have come forward and allegedly filed a whole lawsuit so they can resume their normal ways of living, without having to worry about the sound effects.
The couple has been identified as 32-year-old Andrew Brokman and his 28-year-old partner Joseph Cignarale who have reportedly brought with them plenty of baggage to 216 Seventh Avenue. This includes drug use, screaming, arguing, and an overall nuisance that so many are sick and tired of dealing with.
But that’s not all. The duo has even failed to pay their rent for nearly a year as stated in the legal papers.
The trouble initially began with noxious smoke as it started to pour in from the duo’s apartment on the third floor, as revealed in the court records.
“We hear very loud sounds of s*xual intercourse, music playing at blasting sounds, fighting, yelling, and wall-shaking. We have had enough of the noise from that unit,” the papers went on to claim. The pair has even left piles of garbage in common areas and has created conflicts with other people living in the building.
One neighbor even went as far as stating how their loud music was so frustrating that it brought her down to tears.
