A recent United flight from Los Angeles to Boston was filled with terror after a passenger threatened mass murder aboard the airline.
Horrified passengers looked on as the passenger went ballistic on a female flight attendant by threatening to stab her using a broken spoon.
Sources from local media outlets were quick to speak about how the horror unfolded in a mere number of seconds. And before anyone knew it, there were plenty of loud screams and outcry for help.
The viral footage from the incident saw 33-year-old Francisco Severo Torres terrifying fellow passengers aboard the aircraft. He kept a utensil on the air hostess’ neck and threatened to stab her to death.
But the real horror ensued when the passenger lost his cool completely and threatened to open the emergency exit door.
This was one event that not a lot of people saw coming and hence left people dumbfounded on what to do next.
Throughout the flight, people feared for their lives as the man kept walking down the aisles, chanting some awfully terrifying sayings.
The passenger mentioned how his goal was to carry out mass murder against all of those aboard the flight and thankfully, the flight attendant saw him fiddling with the emergency exit on time.
She alerted the passengers and began ranting against him, causing fear and panic and keeping others aware of what this man was capable of.
The fact that he had a broken metal spoon in his hand left people wondering what else he was capable of with the sharp object. But it did not take long before they rallied against him and brought him down to the ground before he could carry out any major mishap.
