The evil mother who was jailed for carrying out the most terrifying form of abuse against her own son as an infant is now applying for an early release from jail.
Now, the adoptive mother of Tony Hudgell is revealing her absolute shock and horror regarding the incident, urging authorities to refrain from freeing the monster.
The mother was sentenced for a 10 year period after her son named Tony had to have both of his legs amputated due to the severe forms of abuse carried out by her when he was just a baby.
Reports revealed how the twisted mom was identified as Jody Simpson who was sent to prison with her boyfriend for the horrific act.
Now, little Tony is seven years old but he is still trying to overcome the consequences of the tragedy inflicted upon him when he was 6 weeks old by his own mother.
Thankfully, Tony was adopted and given a new chance at life by his adoptive mother named Paula Hudgell who not only accepted him in his worst condition but also took on the major challenge of teaching him how to walk using prosthetic limbs.
She has won thousands of hearts across the country due to her relentless efforts and how she motivates the young boy to take part in charity treks too.
In the same way, the adoptive mother of Tony says she’s currently working hard at campaigning for some stricter laws that would prevent monsters like Tony’s abusive mother from walking out free with ease.
Jody Simpson could be free as early as August and the daunting thought of having someone like that out in public is a huge threat, explained Paula.
“He has survived horror as a baby due to her actions and faces an entire lifetime full of challenges,” Paula explained. And for that reason, she hopes the authorities take notice.
