A man from Manchester has reportedly been hunted down by the police on the suspicion of stabbing a teenage boy to death.
According to local media outlets, the boy was only trying to defend his own mother against the brutal killer. But he was instead stabbed to death by the suspect at the duo’s home in Manchester, United Kingdom.
Now, the suspected individual has been arrested by the relevant authorities.
Detectives are believed to have launched an inquiry for murder recently, right after the boy passed away on June 9, at about 9:30 pm.
The suspect was identified as a 44-year-old who went missing after carrying out the suspected brutal act. But sources claim he was soon tracked down by the relevant authorities from Kent during the evening hours yesterday. The police have also revealed how they believe he had known both of these victims.
The chief inspector for the brutal crime says the attack that took place has left the entire community in a state of shock and disbelief as this is not something anybody was expecting. They were still trying to reel from the horrifying act which they believe is beyond sad for all those who were involved directly.
One witness says that the teen boy had his entire life ahead of him. But to see him tragically lose his life this way was just so heartbreaking for him to see. They also offered their condolences to the child’s mother and prayed for the departed soul too.
“It must be so hard for a mother to grieve the loss of her child”- the witness continued. “Our thoughts and prayers remain with the family and we hope investigations into the terror can bring justice for the family”- he further elaborated.
