Heartbreaking tributes to a beautiful 28-year-old graduate council worker have arisen after she was reportedly gunned down in a tragic incident of mistaken identity.
According to local media reports, Ashley Dale was shot in her back garden in the Old Swan Area of Liverpool. This was just after the midnight hours yesterday.
It was revealed how thugs managed to storm inside her home after bursting through the front door of her little three-bedroom home. They sprayed her with bullets inside, killing her instantly, sources revealed.
Today, the Merseyside Police revealed how the residence had been targeted but the real victim was not her. It was a case of mistaken identity and in the end, the young woman was killed in a brutal incident.
The family has expressed their grief on the matter, calling it the most uneventful, tragic, and heartbreaking moment of their lives. This is just seven years after their own son had been gunned down.
“Our hearts have been shattered into a million pieces”- they explained while paying tribute to her infectious smile, laugh, and energy too.
Ashely Dale was considered to be the light of her home and so many others who enjoyed her presence. As of now, the cops are yet to make any arrests as investigations into the heartbreaking tragedy continue as we speak.
The victim was believed to be living largely by herself and that just made her helpless during the attack. It was unveiled that the cops had been called in after neighbors reported haunting sounds of bullets and gunfire from all directions.
And that’s when the officers discovered the victim’s bullet-ridden body inside her back garden. She was said to be treated by paramedics at the scene of the crime but was soon pronounced dead at the hospital.
