Tragic reports have gone on to confirm the death of a 5-year-old girl after a horror car crash accident.
According to local media outlets, the five-year-old girl passed away on the spot while her 8-year-old brother was left with critical injuries.
Police, fire, and ambulance services rushed to the scene of the horrific car accident that took place between a BMW and a blue-colored Land Rover. Moreover, authorities identified the sight of the crash as East Devon which reportedly occurred at the A35 Honiton yesterday during the afternoon hours.
At first, cops received initial reports about how several vehicles were involved in the horror car accident but when they arrived at the scene, they could only find two vehicles who had collided into one another, resulting in the heartbreaking aftermath that took away the life of an innocent 5-year-old girl.
All the victims were rushed to the nearby Dorchester Hospital where the girl was pronounced dead. Meanwhile, her brother did suffer from serious injuries but cops claim he is out of danger and is currently being kept under observation.
It is believed that the driver and the passenger from the BMW did not suffer from any serious injuries and were deemed to be okay. But the driver of the Land Rover did suffer from several wounds that were not life-threatening thankfully.
It has been revealed by authorities that the young victim who passed away was a passenger inside the BMW. Meanwhile, authorities have refused to comment on who they think was at fault as they call about witnesses to come forward if present at the scene during the time of the accident.
Road closures stayed in place till 10 pm last night, as revealed by authorities.
