Loved ones are paying their final respects to a loving student who passed away after suffering from his mental condition.
According to local media outlets, the 27-year student was last seen sending out the most painfully tragic tweets about being too poor to go to university to attain his master’s degree.
The student was identified as Rory Wood who loved studying and education but also feared for the worse as the expenses were getting too much. The financial and mental burden really started to eat him alive, and in the end, it turned out to be the cause of his death, sources explained.
He worked as a podcaster and had applied to one of the prestigious universities in his area but the thought of not being able to pay really started to affect his mind.
While the exact cause of this graduate’s death is yet to be revealed by local authorities who are awaiting the results from the coroner’s office, his friend took to social media to reveal how Rory was really sick and tired of the hopelessness of the situation. This is why he chose to end his life.
His family members are in a state of shock and grief, as this was definitely not something that any loved one could ever prepare for. They sent out their heartfelt tribute, adding how his legacy would live on. They also spoke about the smart graduate who lost his battle with his brain and in the end, his mental condition got the best of him.
While he did manage to make enough funds to support his semester’s deposit requirement, it just wasn’t enough to fulfill his living costs and that meant giving up on his dream of a master’s which was just too painful for him to bear.
