11 months after his diagnosis, the singer performed at the Stand Up 2 Cancer show at the Royal Albert Hall. He also embarked on a Greatest Hits tour with his bandmates when the brain tumor was found to be ‘stable’ in November 2021.

However, a family friend has revealed that Tom’s condition deteriorated after the tour.
