Vladimir Putin has reportedly sent out a chilling message to the west as his country rolled out nuclear missiles across Russia’s capital.
According to local media reports, the warring president appeared to be in a great mood and all smiles as he wished to celebrate a victory against Ukraine very soon during the famous annual Victory Day Parade that is held each year in the country’s capital city of Moscow.
This occasion reportedly marks the country’s major win against Nazi Germany during the second world war as it also now began to raise greater fears for another major attack in Ukraine during the weekend.
During the parade, many images were released showing the country’s proud thermonuclear RS-24 Yars ballistic missile that many say is Russia’s award-winning weapon.
These deadly devices have the capability of encasing at least 10 different warheads and can even strike targets with a bullseye effect from miles. For instance, experts predict that means hitting London or even New York with precision in just a few minutes.
The giant weapon was seen being transported by the country’s armed guards inside a 16-wheeler vehicle during the parade’s rehearsals that took place on Saturday in the Red Square.
With a weight that’s equivalent to 49.6 tonnes, it has the ability to travel long distances at intense speeds. And hence it wouldn’t be wrong to label it as a weapon of mass destruction.
Some speculations are also arising about how British prisoners of war could soon be paraded during the ceremony to show how Russians oppose the UK’s interference in supporting Ukraine in the ongoing conflict.
On the other hand, soldiers hailing from Ukraine are putting last-minute touches to the final battle against Putin’s men in Mariupol as many civilians are hiding for their lives in underground shelters as their final ditch efforts at evacuation.
Russia has issued a warning to Ukraine to surrender Mariupol or face the consequences.
