Tragic reports released by cops have confirmed that a missing Mexican teen has been found dead inside a water tank on the roadside, near a motel.
Local media reports have identified the victim as Debanhi Escobar who was reportedly seen walking to a motel on the roadside called Nueva Castilla Motel in Mexico.
Cops claim the victim was all alone when she entered the motel during the early hours of April 9th.
Investigators leading the urgent search for the missing Mexican teen revealed during a recent meeting on Sunday how they made the grim discovery of the teenager near the motel’s premises.
Moreover, they also highlighted how her cause of death was presumed to be from a contusion that she suffered to her skull. At the moment, no arrests have been made in regards to the incident that has left his loved ones and other community members in a state of shock and grief.
Authorities claim that it’s too early to assume what really happened that day and under what sort of circumstances did the teenager die.
At the moment, they are busy looking at footage that surrounded her very bizarre and sudden disappearance.
CCTV footage obtained from the site of the crime showed the 18-year-old girl come inside alone and then only stay for a brief period inside the property.
The governor in control of the area says he cannot reveal which area the victim was present in on the property but will soon share more information with the public soon.
Sources revealed how the devastated father recently released a statement to the media about how heartbroken all family members are to learn about this. They have buried the victim and are now in a state of mourning.
