The prosecutor handling the controversial Rust shooting case that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins is finally breaking his silence.

The report arose as actor Alec Baldwin was seen being slapped with two charges linked to involuntary manslaughter.

Prosecutors were seen mentioning how the celeb’s recklessness is what led to the death of Halyna Hutchins. She was killed when the star was fondling with a gun but claims to have not known that it entailed live rounds.

The subject is of great debate and controversy as the victim’s family has now broken their silence. They were recently seen mentioning how they thoroughly support the decision in regard to the actor being charged with involuntary manslaughter.

It’s not just this celeb who happened to be charged for the incident but also the armorer who was called out for not being alert and vigilant enough to have known and informed the star about handling the weapon as it entailed live bullet rounds.

The prosecutors claim the actor’s recklessness and failure to follow the basic standard protocol set out for gun safety is what led to the tragedy. It was the armorer for the set who reportedly loaded the live rounds but Baldwin was the one who pulled the trigger.

The criminal charge against the celeb really brought a lot of shock to light in the Hollywood industry where people couldn’t come to terms with how an actor was held responsible for the murder.

They felt that he was just a celeb who had zero ideas about guns and hence shouldn’t be facing such charges. But Baldwin has vowed to fight back.

Baldwin was called out for pulling the trigger that led to the incident and hence would now be facing two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
