A six-year-old girl was reportedly rescued from the rubble of the massive earthquake that struck Syria and Turkey last week.
The miraculous incident is being hailed as historic as the young child stayed all alone without any food or water and considering the freezing temperatures, it’s an absolute miracle.
Sources have gone on to speak about how the child’s sister is still stuck underneath the debris but the authorities are doing everything possible to ensure she comes out safe and sound, as reportedly by local media outlets today.
The child was in a debilitated condition and was immediately provided with first aid and food and water as many workers hailed the miracle as one that came from God as it’s never heard of.
Turkey and Syria are at the point of complete breakdown and chaos as the death toll for the tragedy has reached a staggering 37,000. But the WHO fears that this is just an estimate as there are thousands that have still been uncounted.
International aid has started to come in from different nations around the globe including rescue teams that are fighting against time to reach out to those that are still stuck and stranded. But officials know that the number of survivors may still be very limited as seven days have passed since the devastation last struck both nations.
According to estimates provided by the UN, we could be seeing the devastation go all the way up to a death toll of 55,000. And this is the biggest natural calamity to ever strike Turkey, sources mentioned.
Meanwhile, loud sighs of relief and joy resounded in the air after the little girl’s recovery as it provided a boost in the morale of the teams who are working round the clock to help the affected.
