JUST IN: Tragic Details About Taylor Swift’s Concert Emerge After One Fan Died From Heat Exhaustion


Shocking new details have emerged about Taylor Swift’s concert in Rio de Janeiro after one fan died from heat exhaustion.

23-year-old Swiftie Ana Clara Benevides Machado was in the front row at the Estádio Olímpico Nilton Santos in Rio de Janeiro on Friday when she collapsed suddenly as the temperature inside the stadium reached over 100F (37C) on top of intense humidity that made breathing even harder.

Despite being rushed to the hospital shortly after, the young woman succumbed to her condition.

Following the tragic news, it was revealed that a number of people suffered second-degree burns after metal plates covering the floor turned into a hot hazard.

“When they opened the entrance, I was pushed and fell to the ground HOT. I got two second-degree burns that wouldn’t stop burning in the sun,” one concert-goer, @autoranya, shared on social media after the concert.

Other people shared their recollections of the event along with pictures showing their burned skin.

Meanwhile, one Swift superfan wrote: “He [head of Swift’s security] asked them [staff] to take care of me quickly and did everything he could to help me because I was crying in pain.

“When I went inside, more people burned. People vomiting, fainting… the doctor did not want to confirm the burns! [He] was under pressure! A woman who was there didn’t want to help me second time because I said I already had gone… absurd.”

Another fan said she didn’t imagine her dream would “turn into a nightmare” after getting stuck on a ramp leading to the VIP area when the security blocked the passage.

She went on to say that people began pushing after they were finally allowed through, causing the young woman to fall on the hot metallic floor and burn her leg and back in the process.

According to the early reports, more than 1,000 people suffered health complications including fainting at the concert.
