Shocking reports coming in from Afghanistan have confirmed the Taliban ordering a complete ban on education for all females across the Afghan nation.
The news comes as G7 leaders predict more fears of the way women are being treated in the nation as the ban is a clear violation of human rights.
The news comes after a meeting with the Taliban took center stage and that’s where the leaders decided that it would be in the best interest of the nation to have education banned for both females as well as girls banned.
The news sparked outrage around the world as even little girls going to primary school were banned from setting foot into their educational institution.
The meeting that was held with the Taliban members on Wednesday similarly saw the ban on all female staff members who had taken up the profession of teaching.
And that directly put an end to one of the country’s leading professions for women who used to earn a living through such means. It gave them a chance to work outside the home and make an earning but now, even that option is out the door, sources have confirmed.
Startling images showcased empty or deserted schools and colleges across the nation. It was a long time since such scenes were aired in the public eye.
Moreover, female students are now pushed into a phase of an absolute uncertainty as they don’t know where to go and who to turn to for help as their own nation refuses to take them and their future seriously.
Other than the Taliban, the meeting comprised of people hailing from the country’s police and intelligence agencies. The decision was unanimous and that leaves little to no hope for the future of these innocent females.
