A female police officer recently shot during a drug stop was just taken off her life support.

According to local media outlets, the incident occurred just a few days before she was all set to marry. Her partner cried about how things weren’t supposed to end up like this. It’s a tough decision, but it has been taken, she confirmed.

28-year-old Seara Burton was supposed to be married to her fiance Sierra last month. But just nine days before her big day, she received bullets to her head and was forced to be placed on life support.

Viral pictures of the cop with her lover are now going viral as many continue to pray as she’s shifted to hospice.

Many described the horrifying scene as brutally intense as bullets rammed into her head by the shooter while she and her partner tried to target a drug stop at a traffic signal. Seara was immediately rushed to a nearby local hospital, where she underwent lifesaving surgery and was placed on life support.

Many feared for the worst as she was said to have lost a lot of blood. At the same time, injuries to the head are always of the severe kind, so that made matter worse.

“Doctors told us that the intense injuries were just too critical. They feared for the worse and said she would most likely not survive. It really scared all of us. We prayed and prayed, and we’re still praying!”- her parents explained during an exclusive and heartbreaking interview.

A lot of prayers and vigil services were held in the cop’s name, with many community members coming forward and sharing their love and support. They hoped she would come back stronger than ever after being punished for fighting the evils in society.
