Reports revealed how the incident had taken place at a Sub-District hospital in Banihal in India where the child was pronounced dead, despite being alive. Hence, hours later, the family thought it would be a good idea to bury the baby and then return back home. But little did they know that a huge misdiagnosis by paramedics staff would take place.

“It’s not the type of news you would ever want to hear. I had just given birth to a dead baby, I was horrified and just so devastated”- the emotional mother began to explain.

There was also an argument amongst locals about the child being buried in a graveyard in the village as they felt it would be best if she was laid to rest at an ancestral burial site, as reported by the NDTV. Hence, when the grave was dug up, they found the child crying and hence immediately rescued her and gave her medical aid.
