The grieving mother of Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss has spoken out after his tragic passing and shared a heartbreaking tribute to her son on Instagram.
The longtime executive producer of the Ellen DeGeneres show was found dead in a motel room in LA on Tuesday morning.
His mother, Connie Boss Alexander, took to Instagram and broke her silence about her son’s passing.
In her post, she thanked family and friends for reaching out as she reaffirmed her love for her son.
“Family and friends, thank you for all the love, prayers and encouragement,” she wrote. “Please know I see all the messages, texts, posts and the phone calls. I can’t use words right now. Please know I will reach out when I can.”
She also asked her loved ones to continue keeping them in their prayers.
“Stephen Laurel, your mother loves you to eternity and beyond,” she concluded.
Her words echoed what the DJ wrote when he greeted her on her birthday on October 13.
“Mom thank you for life and thank you for love. Love you to the moon and back and back again,” he wrote on Instagram.
Boss’ heartbroken wife, Allison Holker, called the police on Tuesday when he failed to return home after leaving without a word.
Holker, 34, said there had been no issues or arguments before he left the house unannounced three days after they celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary.
Police accompanied her back to their home for a search for any clues about his whereabouts but they received a 911 call from a nearby motel where Boss’ body was discovered.
Motel manager Rakesh said: “He went into his room, and he never came out. At 11.15am on Tuesday the maid opened the door to check on the room. There was his stuff in there but no one there. She checked the bathroom, and there was blood everywhere.
“She was very scared. This is the first time anything like that has happened here.”
Boss and Holker shared three children: Weslie Renae, 14, Maddox Laurel, 6, and Zaia, 3.
