Shocking reports have gone on to speak about former Chicago Bulls star Ben Gordon and his shocking crime related to the physical abuse of his own son.
According to reports from local media outlets, the famous celeb was seen being released from jail on bail for punching his own son in the face, multiple times.
As far as the reason outlined was concerned, sources feel the answer was mindblowing. His 11-year-old child dropped a book by accident while the family was traveling through the airport gates in New York City.
The 39 year old former NBA star is hence accused of repeatedly physical abuse on a minor and the fact that this was his own child has many in absolute shock.
The child was believed to have been injured so badly after the incident that he was rushed to a nearby medical facility to receive aid for his injuries. Meanwhile, the case’s court documents explained how the father hit his son several times, taking him by complete and utter surprise.
Other sources mentioned how Gordon had reportedly shown great resistance when it came down to being arrested. He also failed to cooperate with authorities after his bail as well. And that is what made him spend the night at Rikers Island.
The celeb is believed to have retired from his professional basketball career in the year 2015 and he claims that bidden farewell was not an easy decision for him because that’s how much he loved the world of athletics.
