A horrifying knife attack on the streets of Doncaster has left two people killed and one injured.
According to local media outlets, the victims who died included two males who were 17 and 21 years in age. Other than that, authorities claim that another individual who was 18 years old was also involved and had to be rushed away by the police.
The terrifying incident took place a little after 2:30 am in South Yorkshire as revealed by the police this morning.
According to them, the paramedics rushed to the scene but were unable to revive one of the victims, a 21-year-old, who was pronounced dead at the scene of the tragedy.
On the other hand, another 17-year-old man was pronounced dead by the doctors upon arrival at the hospital while the third victim is said to be doing okay and is out of danger. He is said to have suffered from minor injuries and is 18 years in age.
Police have also confirmed how the suspect that is believed to be behind the stabbings is currently in police custody. He was identified as a 17-year-old man.
Just this morning, authorities placed cordons on the roads leading to the town center as they investigate the horrifying triple stabbing incident that has left many worried and in fear.
The city district commander was reported as stating how there will now be an increased police presence in the area where the incident place as they continue their investigation into the tragedy.
Officers are now at the scene and they will be carrying out their patrols as usual while also taking part in detailed inquires, side by side.
The police have also urged all the Doncaster citizens in the community to remain calm and vigilant as they continue with the investigation.
