A recent raid conducted by special US forces has managed to kill the top ISIS leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi.

According to local media outlets, the wanted terrorist blew himself up during the raid conducted at his residence located in Syria.

The top ISIS leader had also gone on to kill his own family members which included six children.

The news was recently confirmed by President Joe Biden who also spoke about how the mission’s target was the ISIS leader himself and the forces had managed to achieve just that.

Inside sources have reported the President as mentioning how the US had successfully struck the location where he was believed to be hiding. “We have managed to take him off the battlefield, he was the leader of the ISIS”- Biden was heard mentioning.

Just moments ago, the White House also confirmed the news which spoke about how al-Qurayshi had died by committing s*icide.

One senior official from the Biden administration spoke about how at the start of the major operation, the terrorist target acted by exploding a bomb that killed him and all of the members of his own family. This included so many women and children.

The exact duration of the standoff encounter lasted more than two hours, right before it was extracted. And that’s where the US commandos managed to come out on top of the firefight with the jihadist fighters.

Shocking video footage revealed how the mega two-story house where the suspected leader was residing had its entire top floor shattered and there was blood splattered everywhere.

A total of thirteen people had died and this includes 6 children and four women as 24 special operations commandos were backed up with fighter jets to assist in the attack, along with helicopter gunships and reaper drones.
