The 25-year-old daughter of the Sopranos star John Ventimiglia has passed away just months after giving birth to a baby girl.

Odele Ventimiglia died on January 12, her mother, Belinda Cape, revealed in a heartbreaking statement on Facebook.

As of this writing, the family has not yet revealed the cause of death.

The tragic news comes just three months after Odele welcomed baby Shiloh into her family.

“Heartbroken to have to post our darling Odele’s funeral notice,” the mother penned.

“Her sister Lucinda and I have been overwhelmed by the messages of support and love we have received, and your remembrances of how cherished Odele was to so many. Odele was greatly loved, and leaves a huge hole in our lives.

“Odele is survived by her sister, Lucinda Ventimiglia, mother, Belinda Cape, father John Ventimiglia, and her beloved daughter Shiloh.”

The family also revealed that the funeral service will take place at Brooklyn’s Old First Reformed Church on January 26 at 12 pm.

The grieving mom also asked for donations to baby Shiloh’s future education costs fund in lieu of floral tributes. The fundraiser has since already exceeded the goal amount of $50,000.

Paying a tribute to the 25-year-old mother was also her sister, Lucinda, who said:

“Words will never be enough to express the grief we are all feeling. I loved my little sister a lot and I will spend the rest of my life searching for her in everything.

“My family and I are so grateful for all the care and support we have been receiving during this impossible time. it has never been more clear how much she meant to so many people.”
