Evel Knievel’s son Robbie Knievel has reportedly passed away today.
Sources from local media outlets were quick to mention how the 60-year-old passed away after a long battle with cancer.
Robbie was famous for being an absolute daredevil and had the most beautiful passion for all things going fast. For him, it would not be wrong to say that speed thrilled him to a great extent.
With more than 350 motorcycle jumps under his belt, he was an absolute force to be reckoned with.
Robbie was also known as Kaptain to some people and for him, no stunt or dare was too much to comprehend. People loved his outlook on life and how much respect he gave others, despite making such a huge name for himself.
But the sudden news of his death has left many in the dark. It was just so tragic for them to hear those words.
It can be said without any doubt that he took after his death in terms of his talent and passion for jumping over many things.
Be it fire rings or high boards, you can always expect the Kaptain to make it out through with a huge smile on his face. But his health was not doing so great.
He had been admitted to a hospice where he was told to have been battling with the likes of pancreatic cancer
One of his biggest jumps was linked to the year 2009. This is where he reportedly jumped over an entire volcano that was built by man. During the 1970s, he had reached the peak of his career but then in the 1980’s he was forced to call it quits after breaking at least 40 bones in his body.
