One mother has admitted how hard of a decision it was for her to report her own son to the police.

This is the story of Nicole Schubert who is getting plenty of praise online for not only keeping her emotions aside and thinking about the best interest of others but for also staying strong along the way and being bold enough to speak about the matter.

“I believe I saved lives”- the heartbroken mother explained while shedding a tear for a recent interview on ABC.

For many, just the thought of doing something as extreme as this mother is definitely daunting, as people admit the move was bold and definitely deserves applause for obvious reasons.

It is believed that the mother found plenty of clues about her son trying to plan a massive shooting attack or shall we say a killing spree. This attack was believed to be directed at her own home and his school.

Speaking to Wall Street Journal recently, the mom added that she was busy cleaning her son’s room in 2019. And that’s when she stumbled upon a journal that belonged to her son.

He used to express his thoughts in that very journal and to this mom’s horror, his recent writings were beyond shady.

They revealed how he would first go about killing her and then enter the Washington High School where he was enrolled and kill so many others over there. During that time, the son was believed to be a 17-year-old senior from high school.

Her son had made a commitment in his private journal to carry out the shooting on the 21st anniversary of the Columbine Tragedy at his high school. Interestingly, the mom stated how she is glad she saved her life, so many others’ lives, and her son’s life too who is now said to be back on track.
