The shocking and controversial Grammys performance led by stars Sam Smith and Kim Petras is now receiving 18 FCC complaints.
Sources from local media outlets were quick to speak about how the on-stage performance was called out for glorifying satan and many viewers agreed.
They felt like the duo was out to bow down to the devil and the way the entire stage was set up, including the pair’s wardrobe was just disturbing for some to witness.
Other netizens took social media by storm. They felt that the time had come when they’d had enough and it was right for all the complaints from the FCC to come forward.
The duo was seen performing their hit singly Unholy which really stunned audiences around the world, with some major celebs even calling it out for the graphic display of devil-worshiping behavior.
Elon Musk was one of those celebs who felt that if Sam Smith was the devil then we certainly didn’t have a lot to worry about.
Other more religious experts felt the show was very anti-Christian and these sorts of acts at award shows that are live broadcasted should never exhibit behavior of this kind.
The stars were donning red devil-themed outfits and even their backstage dancers were dressed as if they were the devil. The special effects included the likes of a fire burning in the background and all in all, the performance was just a little too much for many viewers to handle.
If we go on to look at past records, the FCC has gone about fining hundreds of thousands of dollars for displaying obscene behavior and by the looks of it, this on-stage act might be on its way toward attaining another major fine. What do you think?
