Shocking reports are coming in from Atlanta where a worker from Subway was gunned down to the ground for putting too much mayonnaise inside his customer’s sandwich.
According to local media outlets, the grumpy customer did not appear to be too happy with the way his sandwich order turned out. And for him, the condiments made all the difference. Therefore, after engaging in a violent brawl with the innocent Subway employee, the man was said to have opened fire on the employee, which ultimately led to his tragic death in the end.
“He said he did not like mayonnaise. It’s as simple as that and he found that to be a good enough reason for him to shoot someone down”- explained the cops in regards to the horrifying incident.
The tragedy was said to have taken place at about 6:30 pm in the evening on Sunday. The customer reportedly walked inside and gave his order was punched diligently by the employee working there. This particular Subway branch was said to have been connected to a gas station and it was located in the city’s downtown area where locals often visited to enjoy a healthy meal.
But then all of a sudden, the ordeal erupted into a major dispute where the customer was seen yelling at the employee for adding ‘too much mayo’ and that was not something that he had requested apparently.
Witnesses present at the scene described it as a matter where ‘all hell broke loose’ as they expressed their shock and fury at how someone could get so upset and murder someone over a sandwich having too much mayo.
The cops also spoke about how the man happened to first argue with two female employees before he finally took out his gun and opened fire on the victim.
Tragically, the victim’s young son happened to be at the restaurant when the incident happened and therefore had the unfortunate circumstance of watching his parent be shot dead for a senseless reason, confirmed the police.
