A man was reportedly shot dead for celebrating Iran’s defeat against the USA yesterday.
Sources claim that the horrifying incident took place in the Iranian city of Anzali and that’s where the victim was shot dead in the head.
He was identified as 27-year-old Mehran Samak who was trying to celebrate America’s win against his own nation. But the news didn’t go down too well with the country’s Islamic Regime Forces who aimed bullets directly at his head and shot him dead at that very moment in time.
Samak was reportedly a part of the many others who joined in on having a great time while watching sports and when the victory of America was announced, he and several others began to celebrate with some horn honking but little did he realize that the consequences of his actions would be so severe.
Samak was seated right next to his fiancee when one member of the country’s security forces suddenly approached his car and took out a gun and shot the bullets straight at him, without thinking twice.
On that note, he was rushed to the hospital but he died in just one hour as doctors claim the injuries were just too critical and he had lost a lot of blood too.
Many began to mix sports and politics and hence took the victory of the USA as a symbol of defeat for the Iranian Government. As it is, a lot of controversies have arisen in recent times during this Qatar world cup.
It all began when the country’s own players refused to sing their own national anthem. Moments later, we observed the crowds booing the team, and then the second game, the players were left with no decision but to sing the anthem or else face suspension.
