The 18-year-old suspect who made headlines for shooting celeb Lady Gaga’s dogwalker has been jailed.
According to local media reports, he was reportedly jailed and then released by mistake from prison in Los Angeles. The accused was guilty of an attempted dognapping attempt which left the singer’s dogwalker severely injured from gunshot injuries.
Every since his frantic release on Wednesday, which sources revealed took place due to clerical error, a frantic search had begun.
The suspect was identified as James Howard Jackson who left the prison during the afternoon hours, sparking fury and controversy as to what was really going on.
But now, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is trying to reveal how the dropped charges were actually going to be replaced with a major jury indictment.
The citing was reported by NBC LA where unnamed sources shed light upon how there was no superseding indictment, further adding confusion to the matter.
Even sources from Daily Mail tried to get details about the incident and how a fugitive was given release without further notice.
As the mystery surrounding the case continues, the DA representative has forwarded all of the comments on the case to both the Sheriff’s department as well as the courts.
Now, the LA County Jail’s records have been made public and they clearly show how the suspect’s murder charges were dismissed and attempted murder charges as well.
Jackson is suspected of shooting down Gaga’s dogwalker named Fischer while stealing two of her prized bulldogs worth a staggering amount of money.
The incident shook the showbiz industry as the horrifying incident took place in February of 2021 in Hollywood.
